Geared For Success™ was designed to provide a realistic outlook and a practical guide for stylists who are striving to establish a successful business in the beauty industry.
As someone with over 24 years in the industry, I’ve witnessed stylists struggle to figure out the formula for success, and I’ve learned that most stylists enter the industry with knowledge of hair and styling but lack the necessary business skills and the mindset to succeed. I’ve taken the time to develop a program that will aid existing stylists and cosmetology students in adopting the mindset of an entrepreneur and business owner that will make their transition smoother.

This program will cover and expand on all of the critical areas of operating a successful salon business, along with the pros and cons from conception to achieving their goals.
Stylists will learn the benefits of integrating them into their business to embark on their journey from the start.
The class is designed to last for 1 week with 3 lessons per day. Stylists will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class, a business plan template to use to get started on their journey, and a letter of recommendation for the salon of their choice if needed to assist in landing in a stable salon environment.
