Geared For Success T™ was designed to provide a realistic outlook and a practical guide for stylists who are striving to establish a successful beauty industry career.
As someone with over 23 years in the industry I’ve witnessed stylists struggle to figure out the formula for success, and I’ve learned that most stylists come in with knowledge of hair and styling, but lack the required business skills and the mindset to succeed. I’ve taken the time to put together a program that will aid stylists and students in adopting the mindset of an entrepreneur and business owner that will make their transition smoother.

The program will expand on all the critical areas and the pros and cons of operating a successful salon business from conception to achieving their goals.
Stylists will learn the benefits of integrating them into their business to embark on their journey from the start.
The class is designed to last for 1 week with 3 lessons per day. The stylists will receive a certificate of completion at the end of and a letter of recommendation for the salon of their choice if needed to assist in landing in a stable salon environment.
